About Paint and Sip Sessions at White Room Studio

What is a Paint and Sip session like?

We provide a creative environment for you to BYO your own nibbles, Drinks and creativity!

We provide you with an easel, apron, canvas, paint and brushes.

Your friendly host will guide you step-by-step to paint your selected artwork of the night, helping you along the way with paint top-ups and advice when needed.

Enjoy a great soundtrack and a few wines with your friends and family and take home a finished piece of art.

For Public Sessions you must be over the age of 18.

Sessions are 2 hours- 2.5 hours in length depending on painting.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE SESSION STARTS TO GRAB YOUR DRINK, PUT ON YOUR APRON AND SAY HELLO!

What is included in the cost of the session?

The price per seat includes all the necessary equipment provided, including:

A 50 x 40cm blank canvas, acrylic paint, brushes, table easel, apron. 

Check our Gallery page for painting prices per person. Some paintings take a little longer and require a little more time. Our session prices start from $55.00 per head

 BYO Drinks and Snacks

You are able to bring your own snacks and drinks, including alcohol. We provide glasses, platters, plates and utensils.

SOCIAL MEDIA

White Room Studio has accounts with most social media platforms. By participating in our classes, we will assume you are okay with photos being taken for social media purposes.

PLEASE LET STAFF KNOW IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR IMAGE ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS.

We never add names to our photos, but always appreciate when you include our #whiteroomstudiohighett in your posts :)

Parking

Parking is street parking only.

Sometimes we have the use of carpark at the front of our building- but usually only for evening classes, please check with us before parking there .

Please do not park in our neighbours parking areas or across driveways.

Bookings

Bookings are essential so we can have a spot ready for you and your other guests.

Guest groups will all be seated together.

Are children allowed at the events?

All guests must be 18 and over to our Public sessions.

We do cater for all ages though so make an enquiry if you have a celebration or get together in mind.

School Holiday events and private functions are separate and vary in age restrictions according to the class.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?

Circumstances change, so we are happy to reschedule your booking for up to 48 hours before your scheduled session time.

Please let us know ASAP if you are unable to attend.

Please note there is no credit or refund available for no shows. When booking please make sure its for the session you want.

Please contact us if you are unable to attend and we will happily transfer your booking to another date within 3 months of the original booking date.

We do not refund if you are unable to attend.

Minimum booking for a Public session to proceed is for 6 people. In the event that a class is cancelled by White Room Studio, you will be notified via text message or phone call or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit. 

You may reschedule to your next most convenient session date or we can provide a credit towards a future booking (minus the rebooking fee).

Private Functions

Private Function deposits are non-refundable.

If the full amount has been paid and there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your private function to another date that is suitable for you and White Room Studio.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

We provide vouchers that can be emailed to either the purchaser or the recipient at a time and date of your choosing. All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the time of purchase.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and can only be used prior to their expiry date. ( 12 months from purchase date)

What safety precautions are being undertaken during the COVID-19 outbreak?

Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell! 

We are happy to reschedule your tickets so you can attend at a later date (within 3 months of purchase).

In the studio, we are taking steps to provide a safe, clean and enjoyable environment.
